ReTux 1.3.5 Released

A new maintenance release of ReTux has been made. It includes the following changes:
- Added a link to my Patreon page in the title screen.
- Slightly optimized the download size by removing unnecessary duplicate resources.
- Added a new German translation by TheMightyGlider.
- Added control config menus to the pause menu.
- Many, many, many bugfixes and some precautionary changes.
